Downstairs
We offer seven hireable spaces - from our interconnected "white box" studios and fully-equipped production rooms to an outdoor courtyard. Hire just one, go big and take them all, or anything in-between. It's entirely up to you. Designed for flexibility and functionality, our studios feature 5m to 8.5m high ceilings, street-level vehicle access, 3-phase power, and abundant south-facing natural light - all in a prime Shoreditch Triangle location.
Upstairs
Our members workspace is home to a diverse community of creative businesses, with private offices accommodating teams of 4 to 12. You'll find just the right balance of collaborative productivity, curated events and good vibes - all thanks to our on-site team who make sure everyone's looked after.
