nice, think this was fed' a while back. be interesting to see how much this will sell for.

I actually think it’s worst use is a computer keyboard. Who actually looks at their keyboard? Not me, I know all the hot-keys for various packages, I just switch between them. Sure the lcd buttons will be good for learning, but how long is that going to take and how much will the keyboard cost. Anyone rememeber when you used to get those natty little cardboard overlays with Quark Xpress – much cheaper solution.

I think it would be more useful on musical boxes – imagine if your MPC had little LCD screen for the pads, you could have little graphics assigned for each of the functions, navigating though all your saved settings would be a doddle – no more would there be any need to carry those tatty sheet of paper round listing what each stored programme did and what the buttons were assigned to do…

i'm waiting for one of these to be hacked so the keyboard can be used as a second matrix-screen.
